What a Doula does For You
A labor doula provides physical, emotional, and evidence based support to a birthing woman and her family during pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period.
MY COACHING METHOD

Introduction
I would love to offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other and discuss whether we would be a compatible birth team.

Planning
We will have two to three prenatal meetings where we will fine tune your birth plan, discuss what you expect from me, talk about how we may best work together as well as go over any fears or concerns you may have.

Birth
Together we will work to bring your baby into this world. Whether that is medicated or not, C-section or natural, I will be there to support you and your partner the way you need it.
